Ford Bronco investigated in US over engine failure

Ford Motor Company's 2021 Ford Bronco is under investigation by the United States National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the federal agency revealed in a document it made public on Tuesday.

"Under normal driving conditions without warning the vehicle may experience a loss of motive power without restart due to catastrophic engine failure related to an alleged faulty valve within 2.7 L Eco-Boost Engines," the NHTSA specified the issue and estimated that it affects 25,538 vehicles from the 2021 Ford Bronco class.
