Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., also known as Foxconn, revealed on Friday that its net income in the fourth quarter of its fiscal 2024 came in at 46.3 billion New Taiwan dollars (approximately $1.4 billion), declining 13% on an annual level.
Meanwhile, revenue in the reported three-month period came in at 2.1 trillion New Taiwan dollars, up some 17% year over year. Earnings per share in the fourth trimester amounted to 3.34 New Taiwan dollars, down 13% compared to the same timeframe in 2023.
The company mentioned that its artificial intelligence (AI) server business is expected to grow more than 100% in the first quarter of fiscal 2025 on an annual level.
