Germany's decisions about energy policy will impact price fluctuations and increase inflation-related uncertainty, European Central Bank (ECB) Governing Council member Olli Rehn (pictured) said on Sunday.
"For me, switching from coal to natural gas is not a green transition, and this transition phase will take a long time in Germany," he said in an interview with Handelsblatt.
Bank of Finland's governor reiterated that energy drivers will subside over the course of the year, and forecasted that inflation in the euro area will return to the target in two years.
