Three Ukrainians were arrested in Germany on suspicion of plotting parcel bomb attacks on behalf of Russia, prosecutors said on Wednesday.
The three men were detained in recent days in Germany and Switzerland. They are accused of "secret agent activity for sabotage purposes" and of cooperating with people "presumed to be working" for Russian state institutions with an intent to carry out "aggravated arson" on German cargo and "cause a detonation using explosives."
