Tehran: Perpetrators of Kerman attack to be punished

Iran's Chief Justice Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje'i said on Wednesday in a message that the perpetrators behind the "terrorist attack" in Kerman "will be punished appropriately."

The chief justice expressed sadness over the loss of lives in the incident caused by "mercenary terrorists." "The responsible intelligence, security and law enforcement agencies are obliged to pursue all the clues and the perpetrators and causes of this crime with speed and accuracy and hand them over to the country's judiciary," he stressed.

In an explosion, taking place near Iranian Army General Qasem Soleimani's grave, 73 people were killed, while 170 individuals were wounded.
