Salesforce, Nvidia partner up to advance AI agent innovation

Salesforce, Inc. and Nvidia Corporation have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at developing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities for enterprises.

The partnership will combine the NVIDIA AI platform with the Salesforce Platform and Agentforce to deliver optimized predictive and generative AI workflows. The team-up between the two companies will focus on the development of autonomous agent and interactive avatar experiences, the enhancement of AI capabilities by accelerating processing in Salesforce Data Cloud, the creation of AI-powered avatars, which will serve to "deliver more engaging, human-like experiences when customers or employees interact with Agentforce agents by using multi-modal AI models for speech recognition, text-to-speech conversion, and contextual visual responses."

"By combining NVIDIA’s AI platform with Agentforce, we’re supercharging AI performance and creating dynamic digital avatars, delivering more engaging, intelligent, and immersive customer experiences than ever before," Salesforce Chair and CEO Marc Benioff said.
