The number of people who died following the recent train crash in northern Greece has climbed to 57, the authorities said on Thursday.
Meanwhile, rail workers in the country held a one-day strike, claiming the government is to blame for the deadly accident.
The incident occurred early on Wednesday when a train carrying 350 passengers collided with a freight train in the town of Tempe. Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said that the crash came as a result of a "tragic human error," while Transport Minister Kostas Karamanlis stepped down following the crash.
