British racecard driver Sir Lewis Hamilton claimed the 100th pole position of his career at the Formula One's Spanish Grand Prix.
Mercedes's competitor achieved the feat for 1:16.741, beating Red Bull Racing's Max Verstappen by just 0.036 seconds. The Briton's teammate Valtteri Bottas came in third with the result of 1:16.873.
Hamilton thus became the first driver in history to obtain a three-cipher number of pole positions.
