United States Vice President Kamala Harris insisted on Thursday that Russia's actions in Ukraine should be investigated for potential war crimes.

"We should all be watching. Absolutely there should be an investigation. I have no question what the eyes of the world are on this war and what Russia has done in terms of this aggression and these atrocities," Harris told reporters in Warsaw following her meeting with Polish President Andrzej Duda.

Harris also noted that the US would provide an additional $53 million in humanitarian assistance for Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war.
