Hezbollah announced on Sunday that its slain leader, Hassan Nasrallah, will be publicly buried on February 23, nearly five months after he was killed in an Israeli airstrike on Beirut's southern suburbs.
His successor, Naim Qassem (pictured), confirmed the plans in a televised address, calling it a "grand funeral procession with a large public presence."
Nasrallah, who led Hezbollah for over 30 years, was killed on September 27 as Israel intensified airstrikes on the group's targets.
