Hezbollah: Israel violated ceasefire 1,350 times

Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem claimed in a televised speech on Monday that Israel violated the ceasefire with his organization 1,350 times.

Commenting on Israel's decision to extend the period it had initially been given to leave Lebanon when the truce was achieved, Qassem said that Hezbollah refuses to accept any rationale for such a move.

Israel justified its call by insisting that Hezbollah breached the ceasefire too. Meanwhile, the White House extended the agreement between the two parties until February 18.
