United States President-elect Donald Trump's team has signed an agreement with President Joe Biden's White House, allowing its staff to work with federal agencies ahead of Trump's official return to the Oval Office on January 20, according to a statement from incoming Chief of Staff Susie Wiles.
"The Transition already has existing security and information protections built in, which means we will not require additional government and bureaucratic oversight," CNN reported citing Trump's team, while that the transition will not rely on taxpayer funding, government-provided buildings, or technology from the General Services Administration (GSA), operating instead as a fully self-sufficient organization.
