Houthi rebel group warned that it will respond to last night's new wave of airstrikes launched by the United States and Britain on the group's targets in Yemen, the forces' spokesperson Yahya Saree said on Tuesday.
According to the spokesperson, the Washington-led coalition carried out 18 attacks targeting Sanaa, Al Hudaydah, Taiz, and Al Bayda'. Earlier today, the head of the Houthis' Supreme Revolutionary Committee, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi said that the US and UK's latest attacks will not stop Yemen's support for Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
Al-Houthi also accused Washington of protecting the "criminal terrorist enemy of Israel" by bombing the Yemeni population.
