The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that it had downed a missile launched from Yemen.

The IDF clarified that the missile was shot down before it entered the country's borders. There have been no reports of injuries or damage to buildings.

Sirens sounded in Beersheba and its surrounding area in southern Israel.
