IDF raids news photographer's home in West Bank

Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reportedly attacked Wafa Awwad, a news photographer working for the Wafa news agency, during the storming of his house in the Al-Rabay'ah neighborhood in the West Bank city of Tulkarem, Wafa news reported.

Awwad reported that IDF soldiers "attacked me brutally and cursed me repeatedly, then confiscated my press card, ID and phone," adding that the soldiers vandalized his home.

Additionally, he said that the IDF also raided homes belonging to his family members in Tulkarem's al-Hadayeida neighborhood, detaining 15-year-old Ahmad Raed Awwad.
