IDF: Hamas more brutal than ISIS

Israel Defense Forces spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said that Hamas carried out "the worst massacre of innocent civilians in Israel's history."

Hamas was "more brutal and more barbaric" than the Islamic State (ISIS), according to Hagari, who described their recent actions as "unprovoked war crimes" that will not go unanswered. Israel is using its air force to strike "hundreds" of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad "targets in Gaza," he added, insisting that the IDF is following international law. Hamas members are hiding among civilians in Gaza and they employ the same strategies as ISIS, Hagari underlined.

The IDF is "fully coordinated" with the United States Central Command, he revealed. A "decisive" counterattack will strike any Middle Eastern force that attacks Israel, Hagari noted.
