ISIS takes responsibility for Kabul mosque attack

The Islamic State (ISIS) has taken responsibility for the suicide attack on mosque in Kabul that killed at least seven people, Afghanistan’s Interior Ministry said on Friday.

Four civilians and three attackers died in an explosion during a prayer at a Shia mosque in the Afghan capital.  ISIS claimed it organized the attack that happened at the end of the daily fast during the holy month of Ramadan.

Earlier reports said at least one person has been killed and five wounded in the attack.
