Indonesia quake victims to receive compensation

Indonesian President Joko Widodo announced on Tuesday that the government will offer compensation to victims and their families following the country's devasting earthquake.

The president visited the West Java province, urging rescue teams to focus on landslide areas and saving victims trapped under rubble. The death toll has been rising, with the latest count at 252.

The 5.6 magnitude earthquake hit the town of Cianjur on Monday. Hundreds have been injured and many have been reported missing
