Iran is planning to hold a second round of nuclear talks with the governments of the United Kingdom, France and Germany (E3) on Monday, according to a report by Agence France-Presse.
The report cited the German foreign ministry stating that the talks are "not negotiations," with the Iranian side reportedly also underlining that the discussions will be only "consultations."
Iran had the first round of nuclear discussions with European countries in November, after being criticized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the European Union, and the United States for its lack of cooperation regarding its nuclear program. After the first round of talks with E3, Iran reportedly stated that it did not change its existing nuclear doctrine.
