Iran hints hostilities with Israel ended

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi seemed to signal that hostilities between his country and Israel came to an end, saying that Iran's military actions to "punish Israel for its aggression continued until the very last minute, at 4 am."

"Together with all Iranians, I thank our brave Armed Forces who remain ready to defend our dear country until their last drop of blood, and who responded to any attack by the enemy until the very last minute," he wrote on X.

Shortly before this latest post, Araghchi said that Iran would halt its response if Israel stops its attacks "no later than 4 am Tehran time." There have been no reports of Israeli strikes since 4 am local time, in line with the deadline Araghchi gave Israel.
