UNSPLASH / SINA DRAKHSHANI

Iranian Deputy Minister of Legal and Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kazem Gharibabadi, stated that the nation will no longer cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) "as it did in the past," IRNA reported.

"The IAEA may have requests regarding the facilities that were attacked, but the Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer cooperate with the IAEA as it did in the past," Gharibabadi stated, adding that as long as "the [United Nations] Security Council does not stop the aggression or the aggressor himself does not end his aggression, legitimate defense measures are permissible in accordance with international law."

Additionally, the deputy minister stated that Israel has yet to sign any international treaties related to the disarmament of weapons of mass destruction and "possesses all three types of weapons of mass destruction, especially nuclear weapons."
