Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Commander-in-Chief Hossein Salami said on Sunday that Iran will respond to any attacks after United States President Donald Trump warned Tehran to stop supporting Yemen's Houthi rebels.

Iran will not wage war, but if anyone threatens, it will give appropriate, decisive and conclusive responses," Salami stated in a televised speech. "The Americans have not yet understood that they cannot solve the problem through war," he added.

The day before, the US launched strikes on Yemen's city of Sanaa, controlled by Houthis, killing at least 31 people, and injuring over 100.
