Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian (pictured) claimed that the latest Israeli retaliation against his country resulted in no damage or casualties, Iranian media reported on Friday.
"The Zionist regime's media supporters, in a desperate effort, tried to make victory out of their defeat, while the downed mini-drones have not caused any damage or casualties," told Muslim nation envoys in New York.
CNN reported that both countries have ceased their reciprocal attacks. Additionally, the Jerusalem Post stated that Israel will not accept responsibility for the strikes to prevent further escalation.
