The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) announced on Monday that Tehran commenced its Glad Tidings of Victory operation against the United States military bases across the Middle East.

In a statement, Iran's Armed Forces revealed that they targeted the Al-Udeid base in Qatar, delivering a "devastating and powerful" missile strike. So far, alarms have gone off in the US bases in Qatar, Iraq, Bahrain, Kuwait, Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman, according to various media reports.

Iran's response comes only days after Washington decided to hit Tehran's nuclear facilities.
