Israel's Opposition Leader Yair Lapid (picctured centre) criticized the nation's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's handling of the disagreement with the United States over the Israeli-Palestine conflict.
Lapid, emphasized the importance of maintaining a constructive dialogue with Washington, expressing his concern over turning such disputes into public spectacles for political gain. He highlighted his own experience as foreign minsiter and prime minister, noting that while he had faced challenging discussions with the US, he refrained from airing them at press conferences and in front of cameras.
His comments come after Netanyahu publicly clarified he was not in favor of establishing a Palestinian state, shortly after US President Joe Biden said he believes Israel could be open to two-state solution.
