Israel allegedly officially appeals ICC's arrest warrants

Israeli Defense Forces-operated radio Galei Tzahal reported on Sunday in a social media post that Israel filed an official appeal against the International Criminal Court's (ICC) arrest warrants targeting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.

Back in November, the ICC issued the arrest warrants, alleging they committed "crimes against humanity and war crimes committed from at least 8 October 2023 until at least 20 May 2024."
