The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Saturday that air defense units intercepted "hostile aircraft" that had infiltrated its airspace from Lebanon.
"Following a warning of the infiltration of a hostile aircraft in northern Israel, air defense fighters intercepted a hostile aircraft that crossed from Lebanese territory into Israeli territory," a statement of the army said on X.
Additionally, another hostile aircraft was reported to have crossed from Lebanese territory and fell in the Margaliot area.
