The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) stated on Tuesday that the Israeli Air Force (IAF) fighter jets struck a Hamas command and control center located inside a United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) school in central Gaza's Al Nuseirat refugee camp.
"The strike was carefully planned and carried out using precise munitions while avoiding harming civilians as much as possible," the military says in a statement.
According to the IDF, over 15 terror operatives, including 10 members affiliated with Hamas, lost their lives in the attack.
