The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) disclosed on Tuesday that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) launched an attack on their headquarters in Khan Younis, located in southern Gaza. This location was designated as a safe haven for thousands of displaced individuals from the region.
"Urgent: Artillery shelling targets the upper floors of the PRCS headquarters in KhanYounis, causing several injuries among the displaced individuals as thousands of IDPs are sheltering in the building," the PRCS wrote on X.
Prior to this, the organization strongly condemned the ongoing violations perpetrated against its staff members in the enclave. The PRCS also evacuated all personnel from the northern region of Gaza.
