The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced on Friday it intercepted a ballistic missile launched from Yemen before it crossed into the country's territory.
Shortly before the announcement, sirens sounded across central Israel, from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. There have been no reports of injuries or damage to buildings.
