Israel intercepts rockets from southern Lebanon

Multiple rockets launched from southern Lebanon at Jezreel Valley were intercepted by Israeli air defense systems on Saturday evening, the Israeli Defense Forces said.

The military previously announced that air raid alerts had been activated across the northern Israeli territory. Israeli medics reported that one man was injured by shrapnel during an interception.

The Jezreel Valley is located deep within Israel's northern territory.
