Death toll in Gaza Strip nears 40,000, health ministry reports

The Gaza Health Ministry shared on Tuesday that the number of people who have lost their lives in the Gaza Strip since the conflict started has increased to 39,929.

It is estimated that 92,240 others were wounded in Israeli attacks across the Palestinian enclave, with most victims being women and children.

In the past 24 hours, 32 Palestinians have been killed, while another 88 were injured in the attacks.

Salesforce's Slack to reportedly cut 10% of its workforce
Slack, owned by Salesforce, will cut 10% of its workforce, Insider reported Thursday, citing sources familiar with the matter. The news comes hours after Salesforce announced will be laying off more than 7,000 employees and weeks after the exit of Slack's founder and CEO, Stewart Butterfield. Insider was unable to confirm whether all affected employees have been notified yet, but at least some have, according to one of the sources.
