The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Thursday that it conducted airstrikes on a school in Gaza's Khan Younis, targeting Hamas operatives.
The military stated that Hamas used the educational center as a command center to "plan, direct and carry out" multiple attacks on Israeli troops in Gaza.
The IDF ensured that the airstrike was "carefully" prepared and executed, stressing that it used precision-guided munitions to minimize harm to the civilian population.
