Israel: Evacuation to be followed by more fighting

Israel Defense Forces spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Conricus said on Monday that the military plans to complete the evacuation of civilians from the northern part of the Gaza Strip so it can "continue to fight" Hamas.

The IDF plans to "take the fight to Hamas wherever they are - underground, above ground," Conricus said in a video posted on social media platform X.
