Israeli commander wounded in West Bank

Israeli forces reported that Lieutenant Colonel Ayub Kayuf, the commander of the West Bank Brigade, was wounded in Tulkarm when an explosive device detonated in a vehicle he was in.

The commander of the West Bank Division Lieutenant Colonel Yaki Dolf was also inside the vehicle when the device exploded.

Earlier, it was reported that eight Palestinians were killed in the ongoing Israeli military operation in Tulkarem.
