An Israeli sniper shot and killed a United Nations worker in the northern West Bank's Far'a camp.
Sufyan Jaber Abed Jawwad, an employee of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA), was on the roof of his home when he was hit.
This marks the first time in over a decade that an UNRWA staff member was killed in the West Bank. However, his death follows the killing of six other UNRWA staffers in Gaza earlier this week during an Israeli airstrike.
