The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Monday said that it attacked southern Lebanon's Salaa and eliminated a "prominent" member of the rocket unit of Hezbollah’s Nasr regional division, Muhammad Ayoub.
The military pointed out that Ayoub was responsible for several rocket strikes against Israel in recent months and intended to conduct additional attacks.
Furthermore, the IDF said that Israeli air forces hit a building used by Hezbollah in Lebanon's village of Mays al-Jabal.
