United States National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) member Todd Inman stated that the black box voice and data recorder from the Black Hawk helicopter involved in the fatal collision with the American Airlines airplane has been recovered and has no exterior damage, CNN reported.
The interviews of air traffic control personnel, including the person who was working at the time of the crash have begun and "will be ongoing for probably the next few days,” Inman said, adding that all witnesses are being cooperative.
The NTSB will also examine the Federal Aviation Administration's staffing details.
