United States House Speaker Mike Johnson confirmed on Tuesday at a press conference that he spoke with President-elect Donald Trump about the wildfires in California.
During the conversation, the soon-to-be head of state revealed that he would be visiting the area, "to see the wildfire damage for himself," Johnson said.
The House speaker previously mentioned that "there should probably be conditions" when it comes to sending aid to those affected by this natural disaster.
