Kim Yo-jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, slammed South Korea's Defense Minister Suh Wook on Sunday for threatening Pyongyang with a "preemptive strike."
"As long as the South Korean military revealed its intent to seek provocative incentive of serious level and escalate a showdown with the DPRK [Democratic People's Republic of Korea], I will give a serious warning upon authorization," Kim Yo-jong stated and warned Seoul could face "a serious threat owing to the reckless remarks" by its defense minister, whom she described as a "senseless and scum-like guy."
Earlier, Suh called Pyongyang an "enemy" and stated that South Korea has the "ability to accurately and quickly hit any target in North Korea."
