Kim: Meeting with Putin to boost bilateral ties

North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un said on Wednesday that he is confident the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin will help strengthen the ties between the two countries.

At the meeting, Kim underlined that the two sides have a lot of subjects to go through, "including politics, economics and culture." He further stated that North Korea will "always stand with Russia" and make the relations between the two "number one priority."

Previously, Kim and Putin visited the Vostochny Cosmodrome, where Moscow promised that it would help Pyongyang build satellites.
