Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told journalists on Wednesday that since Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the strikes on Ukrainian energy facilities to be halted, the country's military has been following his commands.
Peskov accussed Kiev of not adhering to the agreement and trying to attack such sites since March 18. "The Kiev regime's inability to negotiate has been demonstrated more than once," he remarked. He further added that Moscow is continuing its contacts with the United States in an "intensive" manner.
Meanwhile, talking about the Black Sea Initiative, Peskov detailed that it will be activated once "a number of conditions are met."
