Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov dismissed on Thursday the United Kingdom's reported plan to send fewer than 30,000 soldiers to Ukraine for a peacekeeping mission, arguing it is "unacceptable" for a NATO member to have boots on the ground in Ukraine.
Peskov also sided with United States President Donald Trump following yesterday's tense exchange with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, stating that Zelensky's falling approval is an "absolutely obvious trend" and that the Ukrainian government "likes the money of foreign taxpayers and likes the uncontrolled use of this money."
