Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Saturday condemned Russia's decision to suspend implementation of the grain agreement Moscow and Kiev inked in July.
"I call on all states to demand Russia to stop its hunger games and recommit to its obligations," Kuleba said.
His comments come after the Russian Defence Ministry said the country will no longer take part in the Black Sea Grain Initiative after alleging that Ukraine conducted an attack on its fleet in Crimea with the help of British "experts."
