Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba told Suspline in an interview on Thursday that Kiev would be an "asset" and not a "burden" to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
"If before the full-scale war, Ukraine needed NATO more to defend itself and strengthen itself, now NATO needs Ukraine ... A state that is able to defend NATO's eastern flank on its own is a great asset for the Alliance," the diplomat underlined.
Meanwhile, talking about the European Union membership, Kuleba shared that Ukraine is moving at a "cruising speed" towards that goal.
