Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Thursday that relations between the West and Russia will never be the same and will never return to the point they were at the beginning of 2022.
"Every year after the end of the Cold War, the West agreed on some right things, in words all the time extolled these right things, but in fact grossly violated all agreements and did everything possible to suppress the legitimate interests of the Russian Federation," Lavrov told reporters after the OSCE Ministerial Council.
Nevertheless, he added that Russia remains open to dialogue but only if proposals are "based on mutual respect for each other's interests."
