Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday during his press conference after the 3+3 format (Russia, Turkey, Iran, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia) that the United States is already among the countries that are interfering in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

"This includes sending two aircraft carrier groups to the conflict zone, several thousand combat soldiers, as I understand it, with all the necessary weapons, including heavy weapons. The more such proactive steps are taken by any state, the higher the risk, the higher the danger that the conflict will escalate," he told reporters.

Lavrov added that participants of the format discussed the situation in the Gaza Strip as well as the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia. He said that the next meeting of foreign ministers will be held in Turkey in the first half of 2024.
