White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told Axios' Mike Allen during the WHCD communicators lunch on Friday that a third presidential run is not something US President Donald Trump "is thinking about," which would violate the US constitution.

She mentioned that Trump seeks counsel from her and other staff members and, despite popular belief, he considers their input. Responding to whether he implements their suggestions, she remarked, "depends on which time." She clarified that Trump 2028 is "just a hat."

Yesterday, Trump's official online store launched a "TRUMP 2028" cap. When questioned about seeking an additional term, he previously suggested that "there are methods" to bypass the US Constitution.
