Chinese Vice Premier Liu He said on Monday that more emphasis on stabilizing the supply chain will be put amid the ongoing resurgence of the coronavirus pandemic.
Speaking at a conference in Beijing, the Chinese official revealed that a government "white list" will include foreign trade companies and enterprises in key sectors, such as microchips, auto industry, consumer electronics, equipment manufacturing, agricultural materials, food, and medicine.
Nationwide passes for transport companies should be issued and used "in sufficient quantities," and the logistics process should not be restricted or slowed down as drivers and other employees await coronavirus test results, Liu pointed out.
