Lot of negotiations left to do on govt funding bill - Schumer

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer argued on Tuesday that legislators have much more negotiations to do before passing the bill to fund the federal government in 2023.

The existing short-term funding bill which Congress passed in late September is scheduled to expire on December 16, effectively making the government run out of funding if there's no new law within the next ten days.
